Cleaning and repainting

A home is nicer to start in once it has been cleaned and, if it needs it, painted. Tell us the home and what you want done, and someone will contact you after seeing what is needed.

What we do

• Introduce you to cleaners and painters and ask them to contact you.
• Tell you how work is usually measured and priced, so quotes can be compared.

What we do not do

• Quote before the home has been seen.
• Supervise the work; agree what you expect with the person you hire.

What to have ready

• The size of the home
• Which rooms, and whether it is empty
• The finish you want, for painting
• The dates you can give access
